Filling cancellations
When a trip opens up last-minute, broadcast the cancellation to fill the spot fast.
Cancellations happen. When a booked trip frees up, you can put the opening in front of your clients and leads in minutes instead of letting the date go empty.
Broadcast the opening
- Open Broadcast from the left-hand nav, just below Inbox.
- Write a short message with the dates, water, and trip type that just opened up.
- Choose your audience — past clients, current clients, or leads.
- Send. Email goes out to everyone you chose. Marketing texts aren't available in Fishing Outfitter yet, so the SMS option doesn't send (see the SMS messaging article).
SMS is available on the Solo, Pro, and Business plans, and texts only reach recipients who have given express consent — both the first box and the separate promotional one. Email broadcasts work on every plan that includes broadcast messaging.
Whoever responds first can be booked straight into the open slot — keeping your calendar full and your guides working.
