Broadcast the opening
- Open Broadcast from your Clients or Leads page.
- Write a short message with the dates, water, and trip type that just opened up.
- Choose your audience — past clients, current clients, or leads.
- Send. Email always goes out; SMS goes to recipients who have opted in (Pro and up).
SMS is a Pro feature, and texts only reach recipients who have given express consent. Email broadcasts work on every plan that includes broadcast messaging.
Whoever responds first can be booked straight into the open slot — keeping your calendar full and your guides working.
