A printable one-page trip summary, and a full emailed packet for clients who won't use the portal.

Not every client wants to log into a portal, and not every guide has signal on the water. Trip sheets and trip packets give you a paper and email fallback that carries the same information.

Trip sheet

Print on a booking's page produces a one-page summary of that booking — dates, trip type, guide, and the key details — meant to be handed to a client or kept in the boat. It's the booking's own print output, so it's always current as of the moment you print it.

Email Trip Packet

Email Trip Packet sends the full packet in one go: the trip summary plus printable copies of the client's documents — unsigned ones to print, sign, and bring; signed ones for their own records. It's the option for a client who can't or won't use the portal. The same packet is downloadable as a PDF if you'd rather hand it over in person.
