Documents, smart forms, and e-signatures
Build reusable waiver and form templates, collect e-signatures, and let anglers upload required documents.
Every outfit has paperwork — waivers, liability releases, contracts, license attestations. Set them up once as reusable templates, then collect signatures in each angler's portal instead of chasing paper.
Form templates
Build your documents on the Forms page and reuse them across trips. Configure the fields anglers fill in and the consents or signatures you need on each one.
Smart forms
On Pro, smart forms auto-fill what Fishing Outfitter already knows — the angler's name, their trip, and the dates — so they confirm details rather than retype them. Fewer errors, faster signing.

What anglers do
Anglers review and e-sign right in their portal, and upload documents you require — like a fishing license — without printing or scanning. See “Reviewing and signing documents” in the angler help for their side.
