Multi-currency and international operations

Pick your organization's currency, override it per booking for cross-border trips, and capture country-specific IDs.

Fishing Outfitter works for Canadian, U.S., and international operations. Your organization has one default currency (U.S. and Canadian dollars, plus other currencies such as the South African rand, euro, and British pound), and individual bookings can flex from there.

Your organization currency

In Settings, click Edit and set Default Currency on the Location & Locale card. It's the default for new bookings and invoices.

Per-booking currency

For a cross-border trip, override the currency on that individual booking so the angler is billed in the right one.

International anglers

Capture country-specific identification in the client portal — a provincial ID or catch card for Canadian residents, a U.S. driver's license, or a passport for international clients — and the travel details and required documents travel with the booking.
