Where it appears

• Booking detail — when a client has booked before, a returning-client callout shows their booking count, last trip, outcome, and rating at the top of the page.
• Client detail — a “Know your client” card sums up preferences, companions, and payment behavior, above a trip-by-trip timeline with dates, guides, outcomes, ratings, and fishing-report excerpts.
• Guide portal — guides get a compact recall panel on the trip's notes page, so the guide on the water knows the client's history too.

What feeds it

Everything you already record: bookings and their outcomes, client feedback and ratings, payment timing, and your guides' fishing reports. The more complete your records, the sharper the recall.

Privacy

Guides see structured facts plus the content of their own reports — other guides' private reports stay owner/admin-only. Clients never see any of this in their portal.
