Write an End of Trip Report
Draft and submit your report on a trip — from your own notes, even with no signal.
An End of Trip Report is your written account of how a trip went. Open End of Trip from your guide menu to see the trips waiting on a report, and start one from there — it pre-fills from your own fishing reports on that trip, plus any teammate's reports on the same trip that weren't marked private, so you're editing a draft rather than starting from a blank page.
Draft, submit, and what happens after
- Open End of Trip and pick the trip you're reporting on.
- Edit the pre-filled draft — add anything your reports missed.
- Record the outcome: Landed, Hooked — lost, No catch, or Did not fish.
- Submit it. Your outfitter reviews it and either accepts it or sends it back with a note.
Days fished has to be a whole number, and it's checked while you're still looking at the field rather than hours later when it syncs. Leaving it empty is fine and means “not recorded” — don't invent a number you don't have.
This works with no signal. Draft, edit, and submit on the water — it queues on your phone and syncs the next time you're connected.
This is on your Trips surface, not the Cook portal — a team member added as a cook doesn't get an End of Trip Report to file.
