Cooks: plan meals and the shopping list
Plan each trip's meals day by day from a shared recipe library, and let the shopping list build itself: combined, summed, and ready to print.
Open Menu from your nav. The Recipe Library tab is the shared list of dishes; the Plan Meals tab is where you build the menu for a specific trip.
- On the Plan Meals tab, pick the trip you're cooking for.
- Add recipes from the library to each day of the trip.
- Watch the shopping list below build itself, scaled to the trip's party size.
The buy-list combines every planned meal's ingredients into one line per item, summed across the days a dish repeats, and you can print it. Use the Serves control on any meal to override its servings, and check the dietary-restrictions banner for the anglers booked on that trip.
The separate Shopping list screen is for ad-hoc items you add by hand (propane, ice) — add them, group them by store, and check them off as you buy.
Whatever you plan here is what anglers see in their portal menu — by dish name and description, not your ingredients or quantities.
