Setting your availability

Block off the dates you can't work, with an optional reason, so your outfitter doesn't schedule you on trips during vacation or personal time.

Availability is where you tell the outfitter when you can't work. Add a blocked date range with an optional reason (vacation, personal time).

Upcoming blocks are listed with a delete option; past blocks are read-only. The outfitter uses these to avoid scheduling you on those days.

If your outfit is on the Solo or Pro plan or above, the Google Calendar card on this page lets you connect your own Google account. Once connected, the time you're busy in Google stops being bookable: a busy morning or afternoon blocks only that half's trips, and whole days Google blocks show here as 'Busy in Google Calendar'. Marking a day available keeps it open anyway, because an override you set by hand always beats Google. Your trips are written to a calendar Fishing Outfitter creates in your Google account, and only busy or free time is read back — never what an event is.
