Plans and what's included

Compare Fishing Outfitter's six plans, Starter through Elite, the three feature levels behind them, and how to pick one by features and guide logins.

Fishing Outfitter has six plans — Starter, Basic, Solo, Pro, Business, and Elite — built on three feature levels. You pick a plan by two things: the feature level you need, and how many guides need their own login.

Starter is free — there's no monthly fee. You pay only a small per-booking fee, added at checkout and paid by your client, so you can run real bookings without a subscription. Clients, bookings, trip types, and areas are unlimited on every plan, including Starter.

The three feature levels

Every plan maps to one of three levels, and each level builds on the one below:

• Essentials (Starter & Basic) — bookings, clients, payments, documents, your anglers' branded portal, printable trip packets, seasons, payment schedules, form templates, and guide management on plans with more than one guide login. Reminders and follow-ups are sent by hand.
• Full (Solo & Pro) — everything in Essentials plus the depth and automation: catch tracking, fishing reports (which work offline), End of Trip Reports, gear lists, add-ons and Cancellation Protection, automated email, payment and trip reminders, SMS notifications, Google Calendar sync, reschedule-and-notify, smart forms, expense tracking, bulk import, the partner network, events, client feedback, AI support chat, and the online booking & payment widget with its Availability board. Pro adds guide tasks for teams.
• Premium (Business & Elite) — everything in Full plus accounting, AI, and marketing automation: accounting sync (FreshBooks or QuickBooks), Google Contacts sync (caller ID for your clients), meal planning and camp menus, the cook role, insights and analytics (including fishing report insights and client trip intelligence), broadcast messaging and lead-nurture sequences, AI receipt and booking scanning, and advanced reporting.

Why two plans per level?

Within a level the plans differ by team size, not features. Starter and Solo are built for one-person operations with a single guide login; Basic, Pro, Business, and Elite scale up the number of guides — from a few up to unlimited on Elite. So Solo gives a one-person outfit the full toolkit, and Pro is that same toolkit for a guiding team.

Monthly or annual

Every paid plan can be billed monthly or annually, and annual billing saves you 20% compared with paying month to month. Starter stays free either way, and Elite is priced per operation — get in touch and we'll size it with you.
